RSS Feed (xml)It has been a loooong two days for us. My kids and I have been fighting colds for two days now. I don't have it as bad as the little ones, which is a plus. Otherwise, it would be a lot harder to take care of two little sickies if you yourself is hit badly. It's that time of the year when the weather starts turning cold and people tend to stay indoors more.
The littlest is having the hardest time coping with this. She has trouble breathing which makes her cranky. Her appetite is also affected. It's already 3:40 in the afternoon and she only had 5 ounces of formula so far. She just won't take the bottle. Hubby called the clinic and is now waiting for the pediatrician to call back.
Last night was pretty rough. It seemed like no position would make her comfortable. She probably woke up 3 or 4 times. We finally had to transfer her to our bed so she would go back to sleep. Hopefully, she will sleep better tonight and get over this colds soon. We could all use a break!

Hi sis, you can also use a humidifier in her room while she sleeps. It'll help with her breathing. I hope she gets better soon.
